New chief marketing officer at OpenText

Software company OpenText, based in Waterloo, ON, has appointed Kevin Cochrane to the position of chief marketing officer. He will be responsible for the company's global marketing for its enterprise information management products. Cochrane was previously vice-president of product marketing for the digital marketing business unit at Adobe Systems. Prior to that, he was chief marketing officer at Day Software. He has also worked at Alfresco Software and Interwoven.
