Agence Braque adds four

Agence Braque of Montreal has appointed Neïla Meknassi to the position of media manager. She was previously at OMD. Caroline Ouimet, formerly of Publicis, has joined the firm as account services coordinator. Daniel Paré has been hired as administrative manager. He was previously at FQCMS-Coopsco. Vincent Martel is heading the agency's production department while France Handfield is on maternity leave. He has previously worked at Sid Lee, OSL, Cirque du Soleil and DKY.
