Pattison Onestop begins shopping mall art program

Toronto-based out-of-home media company Pattison Onestop will begin a new program today called "Art in Transit." The initiative will make use of digital advertising displays in 42 shopping centres nationally to show works of art every five minutes. During January, the screens will display works by Canadian fibre artists Keiley Stewart and Andrea Vander Kooij. In March the featured artist will be Australian illustrator Charles Santoso. In April the screens will show one-minute silent films from the Toronto Urban Film Festival. The effort is part of a year-long program by Pattison Onestop to present works of art and culture to city residents.
