Bermuda Corporate Games sends work to Adcentricity

Adcentricity of Toronto was retained recently by the Bermuda Corporate Games to develop a mobile application for its 2012 event. The four-day event involves amateur athletes from various companies, organizations and charities in Bermuda competing in a range of sports including badminton, beach volleyball, golf, tennis, bowling and squash, among others. The application provides information about the events to participants and spectators, such as schedules, transit routes, social activities, maps and discounts offers from local firms. "The app has evolved from traditional shopping to now encompass sport and tourism," said David Peres, chief marketing officer of Adcentricity. "Since the Bermuda Corporate Games is the ultimate mix of sport, tourism and networking, makes our decision to launch in Bermuda is really a no- brainer."
