ClarkHuot/Cocoon Canada, a recently-launched brand development and digital services agency based in Winnipeg, has appointed Chuck Phillips to the position of creative director and Mark Reimer to the position of lead strategist. Phillips was previously creative director of Cocoon Branding, while Reimer was previously at Clark & Huot.
