Ottawa-based wireless technology company PiiComm has appointed Shawn Winter to the position of vice-president of marketing and product development. He was most recently at Motorola Solutions as part of the Canadian department responsible for managing relationships with carriers and resellers of Motorola products for the enterprise and government. He has also worked at Bell Canada.
