Mississauga-based automaker Kia Canada has promoted Cathy Laroche to the position of public relations manager. Laroche, who joined the company in 2008, was most recently assistant public relations manager.She has also been a sales and marketing coordinator at I. Thibault, director of communications and public relations at Enterprise Resources and an advisor to the trade missions department at Lagacé & Legault International.
