New CEO at Delta Media

Ottawa-based public relations agency Delta Media has appointed William Stairs to the position of chief executive officer. He has previously worked as communications director to two federal party leaders and as director of issues management for the Prime Minister. He has also been chief of staff to the ministers of Justice, Treasury Board and CIDA. He has also been a researcher and speechwriter for the Senate of Canada.
