The University of Windsor in Windsor, ON has resumed its "Think UWindsor" marketing campaign, which debuted in February of this year. The campaign focuses on the decision-making process of a prospective student choosing a university and seeks to impart that a student won't get "lost in the crowd" at the school. The effort includes print advertising in daily and community newspapers in southwestern Ontario, accompanied by transit and shopping mall ads as well as cinema and radio commercials. The creative features word clouds representing positive perceptions of the university, its professional programs and its atmosphere. "The campaign is divided into two aspects, all serving our enrolment targets," said Jennifer Barone, the university's senior manager of marketing for publications and web. "Generally, the messaging urges prospective students to consider us as their choice. Some ads specifically encourage registration for our Nov. 4 Fall Open House." The campaign was developed in-house.
