War Amps readies new campaign

Charitable organization The War Amps will release a new television public service announcement on Monday as part of its "Playsafe" campaign in support of children's safety. The commercial features seven-year-old Rebecca Mideros, the organization's national safety ambassador, as well as Saskatchewan Roughrider football players Darian Durant, Weston Dressler, Chris Getzlaf and Lance Frazier. The ad will air during TSN football broadcasts until the end of the Canadian Football League season. It has also been posted on YouTube.
