New management at HKDP

On June 30, François Ducharme, vice-president and general manager of Quebec City-based HKDP Communications and Public Affairs, will depart the agency he founded in 1986. Simon Poitras, currently vice-president of the Quebec City office, will become general manager. Josiane Hébert will become vice-president of public affairs for Quebec. Daniel Matte, currently general manager of the agency's office in Montreal, has been promoted to senior vice-president responsible for both Quebec locations. HKDP is a subsidiary of Hill & Knowlton.
