National Rental Car breaks new campaign

Toronto-based National Rental Car has begun a new advertising campaign called "Hero," aimed primarily at business travellers. The television campaign features the "heroic" activities of four people travelling on business. The 17-week campaign was developed by Cannonball Advertising. "At National, we are focused on exceeding the expectations of business travellers so our customers can focus on work," said John MacDonald, vice president of marketing at National Car Rental. "We are pleased with our new campaign because it highlights what sets us apart from other car rental agencies, choice." The ad campaign also coincides with the expansion into Toronto of the company's Emerald Aisle loyalty program.
