New president at Highway Entertainment

Omnicom Media Group has promoted Adam Ivers to the position of president and CEO of Toronto-based Highway Entertainment. He joined the company in 2007 as executive vice-president. Highway specializes in the distribution, production, funding and development of programming in association with Omnicom media buying agencies OMD and PHD. Prior to joining Highway, Ivers was programming vice-president for CanWest Global Broadcasting. He has also worked for International Management Group Canada and TSN.
