Motorola Canada conducts Summer's a Blur contest

Motorola Canada began a contest promotion this week called "Summer's a Blur." The initiative, aimed primarily at young Canadians, consists of a series of daily trivia questions posted to the brand's Facebook page. Motorola will award prizes each weekday until the contest ends on Sept. 2. Prizes will include skydiving, rafting and rock climbing trips, mountain bikes, Vespa scooters, tickets to concerts, amusement parks, comedy shows and sporting events, shopping sprees and electronics. The company will also give away a Motorola cellphone each day of the contest. The effort is being promoted with promotional workers distributing popsicles in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, as well as ads on Facebook, email marketing and media relations conducted by Hill and Knowlton Canada.
