Clear Channel Outdoor has become the exclusive advertising agent for large-format and digital out-of-home advertising at 10 Dundas Street East in Toronto. These assets, owned by the YongeDundas Signage Trust, include 23,000 square feet of advertising space, including what the company calls Canada's largest curved video board and contoured rotating billboard. Clear Channel Outdoor owns the Atrium on Bay Media Tower, located at the same intersection. Combined with the 10 Dundas assets, Clear Channel now represents 43,000 square feet of ad space in Yonge Dundas Square. "We believed in Dundas Square and built advertising infrastructure when the area was run down and neglected," said John Jory, president of Clear Channel Outdoor's Canadian operations. "Today it has become a major focus for the advertising community, and will continue to be so."
