Score Media prepares promotional party

Score Media of Toronto will conduct a street party on Sept. 20 to promote the recent opening of its new studio for specialty channel The Score. The free event will take place at King and Peter Streets, which will be closed for the occasion. The party will include various musical acts, Score personalities and professional athletes. It will also be broadcast live on the channel. "Our celebration is just one way of getting our fans more involved in everything we do and we want everyone to know that The Score is a place where sports fans can be real, be heard and be hardcore," said John Levy, chairman and CEO of Score Media. "We are extremely proud of our new home for the hardcore and look forward to connecting with our fans."
