AIRWORKS TO BEGIN PROMOTING ITS SOFTWARE

AirWorks Media of Edmonton is using an agency for the first time. The software developer hired Griffin Public Relations & Marketing of New York last week to handle North American PR and advertising. A North American campaign will be launched by August. AirWorks develops software for audio post production. It decided to hire an agency now because most of its products are now on the market. Five programs have been rolled out to the North American market over the past six months. They are TuneBuilder, TuneFinder, AutoConform, S/Link and PDCue. EditView will be on the market in the fall and another four products will be launched by the end of the year. Griffin was chosen without a review because of work it has done for other clients, investor relations manager Blake Fallis told Adnews yesterday.
