Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel conducts out-of-home campaign

The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is conducting an out-of-home campaign in that city with EcoMedia Direct, also based in Toronto. The campaign consists of ads on portable recycling containers in the downtown area and at the Canadian National Exhibition. It is intended to raise awareness of the hotel's sustainability initiatives. The creative depicts a boy sleeping on a lawn next to the family dog. This is the first year this form of advertising has been used at the CNE. "In event spaces where traditionally recycling and out-of-home media opportunities may have been underserved or possibly absent, our new units provide an ideal opportunity for our customers to deliver a positive brand or product experience by allowing consumers to recycle on the go," said Craig Marwood, president of EcoMedia.
