Internet company AOL Canada has launched a new website called AOL Video at <http://video.aol.ca>. The site is a localized version of similar video streaming services that the company has launched in the US, India and Taiwan. The company plans to debut similar sites in the future localized for the UK, France and Germany in the fall. "As the only online destination with access to programming from the four major US television networks, content from more than 20 major cable networks and an index of more than 170 million searchable videos, AOL has been at the forefront of the huge growth of online video consumption," said Kevin Conroy, executive vice-president of AOL.
