Rogers Sportsnet resumes best sports bar contest

Specialty channel Rogers Sportsnet has resumed its "Canada's best Sports Bar" contest for a fourth year. The initiative began on Jan. 21 and will run until March 23. The promotion is based video submission collected though a website located at <http://www.sportsnet.ca/cbsb08>. The winner will be announced during a live broadcast of Hockeycentral from the winning bar. "Sports bars continue to be a gathering place for sports fans from coast to coast," said Anne Liota, director of marketing solutions at Rogers Sportsnet. "The competition has been fierce in the first three years of the contest and once again we are looking forward to a spirited battle for bragging rights as Canada's Best Sports Bar."
