Campaigner hires CEO

Montreal-based email marketing software company Campaigner has appointed Frank Tersigni to the position of chief executive officer. Tersigni was most recently vice-president of business development at Genesys Telecommunications, a division of Alcatel-Lucent. He has also worked at IBM, VoiceGenie Technologies, NetDriven Solutions and CallPro Canada.
