Clement joins Vancouver Foundation

The Vancouver Foundation has appointed Catherine Clement to the position of vice-president of communications and marketing. For the past eight years she has been director of communications for the City of Vancouver. The Vancouver Foundation works to promote philanthropy in British Columbia.
