Clark becomes global chief talent director at Hill & Knowlton

Hill & Knowlton of New York has appointed Ruth Clark to the position of global chief talent director. Clark, a senior vice-president at Hill & Knowlton Canada, will remain based in Toronto and will continue to oversee Canadian human relations operations.
