New general manager at The Promotional Specialists

Premiums and incentives company The Promotional Specialists, based in Markham, ON, has appointed Paul Phillips to the position of general manager. Phillips has previously been president of Royal Doulton North America, and general manager of a Disney consumer products unit. He was also president of the Canadian Gift and Tableware Association.
