CanWest MediaWorks promotes Peters, hires Hayes

Toronto-based CanWest MediaWorks has promoted Kim Peters to the newly-created position of vice-president of online classifieds. Peters will be responsible for the online classified products at Working.com, Driving.ca, and Rembering.ca, among others. She was previously general manager of Working.com. Prior to that, she was the president and chief operating officer of Workopolis.com. She also oversaw the creation of GlobeCareers.com in 1998. Susan Hayes has been hired to take over as general manager of Working.com. She was previously director of marketing at Workopolis.com.
