New president, CEO and vice-chairman at Insight Sports

Toronto-based Insight Sports has appointed Kevin Albrecht to the positions of president and chief executive officer. Albrecht has spent the past 16 years at IMG, most recently as head of global business development. Prior to that, he was senior vice-president and managing director for Canada. Also, Ron Bremner has been appointed to the position of vice-chairman at Insight Sports. He was most recently chairman and CEO of Professional Sports Publications of New York. He has also been president, CEO and alternate governor of the Calgary Flames and the Pengrowth Saddledome. Bremner is president of the Gold Medal Consulting Group. Insight Sports operates the specialty television channels Casino and Gaming Television, GOLTV Canada and World Fishing Network.
