Environics Communications adds two

Environics Communications of Toronto has hired Elizabeth Goldenshtein as a senior consultant in its consumer practice. She was most recently an account executive at Vancouver-based Quay Strategies. Frances Manlucu has joined the agency as an account coordinator in the consumer practice. She previously worked in the communications and public affairs department at Roots Canada.
