Downtown Partners adds two

Copywriter Nelson Quintal and art director Mark Francolini have joined Downtown Partners of Toronto. Both were previously at Gee Jeffery & Partners, where they held similar positions. Prior to that, Quintal was an associate creative director at Young & Rubicam, while Francolini was an art director at Publicis.
