Samsung begins in-store television promotion

Consumer Impact Marketing of Toronto is conducting an in-store awareness program for electronics manufacturer Samsung. Promotional workers will visit electronics retailers nationally during the holiday shopping season to promote the company's LCD, plasma and DLP television sets. The initiative includes a scratch-and-win contest for a Samsung home theatre system and other prizes. The program will also make use of flyers, online materials and product demonstrations. The agency won the assignment in a competitive process involving two other unidentified firms.
