Holiday Inn breaks Internet access campaign
By Adnews Staff
Hotel chain Holiday Inn has begun a campaign aimed at business travelers promoting its free in-room high speed Internet service. The initiative consists of television, business magazine and online advertising, produced by John St. of Toronto. This is the agency's first work for Holiday Inn since winning the account in April. The television commercial depicts a businessman in a hotel room along with eight of his co-workers, demonstrating how Internet access can bring the man's office on the road with him. The ad campaign will be supported with public relations from GCI Group of Toronto. This effort will consist of contests tied to the Canadian Football League playoffs and Grey Cup game, along with national media relations aimed at business travelers.
