New president at BBDO Montreal

Pierre Nolin has been promoted to the position of president at BBDO Montreal. Nolin is also the president of Nolin Branding and Design, a subsidiary of the agency. According to the company, the promotion reflects the growing integration between the two companies. "As president of BBDO Montreal and Nolin it will be my mission to push this integration forward." said Nolin. "We want our clients to benefit from our new brand planning process, where ideas, creative and design are fused to deliver a campaign that differentiates the brand and reaches consumers at different contact points with impact driven messages to break through the clutter of our fragmented media world." Two other senior executives at the agency have also been given additional duties. Martin Beauvais, executive vice-president and creative director at BBDO Montreal, has also been given responsibility for web, promotional and event marketing. John Gallagher, executive vice-president of the firm, will now also be responsible for innovation. According to the company, his job will be to "merge the innovative capacity of the creative teams," and to assist other staff in transferring information between the integrated agencies.
