ThinData appoints delivery director

Email marketing company ThinData of Toronto has appointed Stephen Tyers director of delivery and Internet service provider relations. For the past nine years, Tyers has operated Tyenet Technologies, an Internet service provider in Sudbury, ON. At ThinData, he will oversee client compliance with ISP guidelines as well as US and Canadian laws intended to prevent spam, fraud and personal information abuses.
