ThinData forms partnership with Eventi

Toronto-based email marketing firm ThinData has signed a partnership agreement with investment company Eventi. In exchange for an equity stake in ThinData, Eventi will provide the company with capital, human resources and management consulting. "The relationship with Eventi will help ThinData achieve the next phase in our evolution as a company," said Chris Carder, CEO of ThinData. "Eventi not only brings to the partnership an excellent track record in managing rapid growth for technology services businesses, but the strategic relationships and expertise to help us evolve effectively." "We see huge potential in how organizations can use email to build relationships with their customers and wanted to invest in an organization that understands analytics, customer dialogue and how to use email to communicate most effectively," said Scott Bryan, managing partner at Eventi.
