Maclean's hires John Street
By Adnews Staff
Maclean's magazine has appointed John Street of Toronto its advertising agency of record. John Street won the account in a review that considered several unidentified firms. The agency's assignment is to develop a campaign to support the magazine's communication strategy, particularly as it will relate to Maclean's promotion of its 100th anniversary this fall. "The John Street team demonstrated clear thinking and a great enthusiasm for Maclean's," said Deborah Trepanier, general manager of the publication. Maclean's is owned by Rogers Publishing of Toronto.
