Packer joins Scratch as partner

Elan Packer has joined Toronto-based marketing and promotional agency Scratch as a partner. Packer has worked as a brand manager for Pfizer, Novartis, Rothmans and Benson & Hedges. Prior to that, Packer was director of client services at LLS Market Research.
