Pfizer Canada releases new Viagra ads
By Adnews Staff
Pfizer Canada broke a new national campaign for Viagra yesterday. The effort consists of two 15-second television commercials called "Golf" and "Office." The first ad shows two men having a conversation on a golf course. The second depicts three people talking in the coffee room of an office. In each case, as one of the participants begins to speak about how his life has improved recently, his mouth is obscured by a large superimposed Viagra tablet and the soundtrack is replaced by a beep. The ads close with the copy, "Talk to your doctor." Additional variations on this theme will roll-out as the campaign continues. The ads were created by Taxi. Public relations for Pfizer Canada are handled by Strategic Objectives.
