Armada Data hires N5R for convertible contest

Armada Data of Mississauga has hired Toronto-based interactive agency N5R to create an Internet-based marketing campaign and contest called "Win a Convertible." The initiative is intended to increase product awareness and memberships for the company's CarCostCanada website, a subscription-based service that provides pricing data for vehicles in Canada. The campaign will begin with emails sent to approximately 300,000 recipients. The emails will contain survey questions and other content illustrating information available to CarCostCanada members. The contest will award two grand prizes of a 2005 Ford Mustang convertible or $30,000 cash. Entrants will receive an instant prize of a 25%, 50% or 100% discount on a CarCostCanada subscription. "E-marketing is part of a multifaceted marketing strategy we have planned for our B2C businesses in 2005," said Paul Timoteo, president of Armada. "Throughout 2005 we will be telling people all about CarCostCanada and its services; who we are, what information we provide, and how we can help consumers."
