LXB creates campaign for Societe Immobilière Trans-Quebec

LXB Communication-Marketing of Montreal has created a new campaign for real estate company Société Immobilière Trans-Québec. The campaign will promotes the company's high-end office rental spaces. The creative comes in three varieties, describing the company's offerings as "prestige for rent," "renown for rent" and "strategic positioning for rent." These ads will run in French and English in business magazines and trade publications. LXB won this account in an agency selection process in December.
