ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS EXTENDS CONTRACT OF PRESIDENT

The board of directors of Toronto-based Rogers Communications has extended the contract of company president and CEO Ted Rogers. The extension, which was unanimously approved, will run from Dec. 31, 2006 to June 30, 2008.
