THORNLEY FALLIS PROMOTES TWO, HIRES ONE

Thornley Fallis Communications of Toronto has promoted Sandra Cruickshanks to the position of vice-president. She joined the agency two years ago. Most recently she was account director of the health care practice, where she did work for Stentor, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association, Toronto Academic Health Sciences Centres and Toronto East Emergency Network. Prior to joining Thornley Fallis, Cruickshanks was chief of public affairs at the Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences Centre. In Ottawa, Thornley Fallis has promoted Keelan Green to the position of account director. His previous position was senior consultant. Since joining the agency two years ago, Green has worked on the accounts of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Alenia Aeronautica, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, the Canadian Forces Grievance Board and the City of Ottawa, among others. Prior to that, he worked at the Department of Finance and the Treasury Board of the federal government. Back in Toronto, the agency has hired Karen Oliveira as a consultant for the consumer marketing division. She has previously worked for several unidentified public relations agencies in the areas of lifestyle, retail, health and fashion.
