HILL & KNOWLTON CANADA HIRES SMITH

Hill & Knowlton Canada has appointed Jeff Smith senior vice-president and deputy general manager of the corporate communications and public affairs groups in Toronto. For the past two years, Smith has been the managing director of Hill & Knowlton China in Beijing and Shanghai. Prior to that, he was senior vice-president and business unit leader for public affairs in the agency's Ottawa office.
