MANULIFE BECOMES TITLE SPONSOR OF DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL

Manulife Financial has signed on as the title sponsor of the eighth annual Dragon Boat Festival in Dartmouth, NS. During the festival, approximately 1,700 participants from various area companies and community groups will raise funds for the Nova Scotia Amateur Sport Fund. This fund provides for the development of amateur athletes, coaches, officials and sport programs in Nova Scotia. The festival will take place on July 9, 2005 at Lake Banook.
