BLACK RESIGNS FROM HOLLINGER

Conrad Black resigned yesterday as chairman, CEO and a director of Hollinger Inc. Hollinger's chief asset is its majority stake in Hollinger International, which publishes the Chicago Sun-Times, The Jerusalem Post and a collection of Chicago-area community newspapers. Almost exactly one year ago, Black resigned as CEO of Hollinger International.
