CANADIAN SATELLITE RADIO SIGNS PRAIRIE DEAL

Canadian Satellite Radio has formed a partnership with Rawlco Radio of Saskatoon, SK, and Golden West Radio of Altona, MB. If the company receives its licence to operate a satellite radio service, Rawlco and Golden West will consult on the delivery of services to rural and urban areas in Canada. Rawlco and Golden West will also have an option to acquire an ownership interest in Canadian Satellite Radio. Rawlco owns 12 stations in Saskatchewan. Golden West operates 22 stations in western Canada.
