TORSTAR REACHES SHOPTV AGREEMENT WITH COGECO CABLE

Torstar Media Group has reached an agreement with Cogeco Cable to expand the coverage area for the ShopTV channel. The 24-hour shopping channel will now be carried in Oakville and Burlington, ON as part of Cogeco's basic service. ShopTV broadcasts infomercials 24 hours a day. It is also part of the basic cable line ups of Rogers Cable and Aurora Cable.
