THREE JOIN PHD CANADA

Andria Meta has joined Toronto-based media firm PHD Canada as the strategic account manager for HomeSense and Winners. She previously worked at Initiative Media. Steve Gizma, formerly of The Brainstorm Group, has become the agency's Home Hardware strategic account manager. Nelson Costa has been hired as the tactical account manager for several accounts, including that of Hershey. He was most recently at Zenith Optimedia.
