Media planning and buying were also handled by Echo. The commercial depicts athletes crossing the Canadian landscape. The ad includes images of Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton, the Rocky Mountains, the prairies and the financial district of Toronto. The ad will break today during CBC coverage of the Olympic Games. It will continue to air until Aug. 29. As part of the campaign, the exchange will invite former Canadian Olympic athletes to open the trading days during the month of August. Athletes invited to participate include Curt Harnett, Marnie McBean, Clara Hughes, Barbara Underhill, Paul Martini, Brian Stemmle and Jennifer Robinson.
