CFL CREATES CHILDREN'S WEB SITE

The Canadian Football League has created a new online area called the Dare Breton Kids' Zone. Located at <http://www.cfl.ca/CFL/KidsZone>, the ares was developed in association with Dare Foods, WebFeat and Sheridan College students. It is aimed at children ages eight to 14. The content includes a "Football 101" section, four games, weekly articles, player profiles, stories written by fans and a contest called "Hometown Hero." "This new online feature represents the next step in our efforts to further develop CFL.ca and supports our ongoing commitment to providing CFL fans of all ages with the portal for unique Canadian football content," said Brent Scrimshaw, senior vice-president of marketing and partnerships for the league.
