HERSHEY CANADA PROMOTES S'MORES CHOCOLATE BAR

Hershey Canada is promoting the S'mores chocolate bar with a 30-second television commercial created by ACLC Advertising of Toronto. The English-language ad broke nationally on Monday. In it, a man remembers when he was a boy toasting marshmallows over a fire while a camp counsellor told a ghost story. The tagline is, "A new way to enjoy a classic." Hershey is also using French-language out-of-home advertising in Montreal to promote the chocolate bar. The ad shows a woman holding marshmallows in front of her eyes. The text reads, "J'suis guimauvore," which can be loosely translated as, "I am a marshmallow eater."
