AEROPLAN INTRODUCES NEW LOGO

Loyalty program Aeroplan debuted a new logo yesterday. Montreal-based Époxy created the logo, which uses lower-case letters and a tangerine colour. The logo will be used on membership cards, collateral materials and the Aeroplan.com Web site. The logo is also used in a new print campaign that broke yesterday in major daily newspapers. The advertising was created by Diesel of Montreal. A contest called "Time of Your Life" also began yesterday. The winner and ten guests will receive a tropical, urban or Costa Rica Wilderness adventure. The contest will run from June 1 to Aug. 31. Additional promotion will include bonus loyalty points for program members.
